2009 Christmas Performances
All students will perform in one of our three Christmas shows.
Tuesday
Dec. 15th, Wednesday Dec. 16th or
Thursday
Dec.17th
The class schedules for performance dates will be posted October 12th!
All
performances are in room “B” at 7:00p.m. at The Dance Studio.
Parents
and Grandparents are welcome!
Each
class will perform one dance in their designated Christmas show.
There
is no participation fee for the Christmas performance; it is included in December tuition.
Full tuition due.
Each
performance will last approximately 30 min.
with
cookies, punch and coffee following.
We are asking each student to bring snacks for our refreshment tables
Cookies, crackers, brownies, or cupcakes are appropriate. No
cakes please.
The Dance Studio will provide the paper goods, refreshments,
and party trays for the tables.
Just
bring treats ready to serve and place them on our refreshment tables in room “A” prior to the performance. Students and guests may arrive as early as 6:00 p.m. and are expected to be seated
for the performance by 6:55 p.m.
Students will remain seated with their class in designated rows in room “A” throughout
the performance.
Students will need a studio sweatshirt for the performance.
Sweatshirt Order
October 5th-22nd
Anyone
can order a sweatshirt.
Students
must have a sweatshirt for the Christmas performance.
Additional
apparel for the performance will be announced in November. If you have a sweatshirt
from the 2008 performance, you may use this shirt again! IMPORTANT… you must bring your shirt in for teacher approval
before October 22nd. Otherwise, a new sweatshirt will be ordered and
billed to your account. No Exceptions.
3rd Annual Toys for Tots Toy Drive!!!
The Dance Studio is registered
as a Toys for Tots toy drive Sponsor!
We will be accepting new, unwrapped toys
as admission to the Christmas
performances.
1 toy per family attending the performance
$5.00 Cash donations will also be accepted.
